Role Model Leaders is designed to help employees cultivate an inclusive, healthy, and high-performing culture by developing leadership qualities that exemplify and reinforce positive team behaviours. This program aims to improve their empowerment and accountability through clearly defined behaviors and Real Talk.

Individual Skills for Winning Workplace Dynamics

Winning Workplace Dynamics provides employees with the tools to foster a collaborative, positive and high-energy team culture. They learn to take accountability, Catch the Good, build strong relationships, and implement effective processes to achieve outstanding personal and team results.

This program empowers individuals to excel by integrating clarity of purpose with advanced sales and discovery strategies. 13-week program (best delivered bi-weekly over 26 weeks)

  • 13 × 3-hour in-person sessions, delivered at your workplace
  • 5 hours each training week of online activities designed to supplement and embed the learning, delivered through our ETS Platform
  • Support throughout the program by phone and email
  • 12 months access to the ETS Platform following the training
